Update required dependencies

• Delete libgdiplus from list of dependencies

libgdiplus was needed by System.Drawning.Common on Unix system. We stopped supporting System.Drawning.Common on Unix starting with .NET 6.

• Delete libunwind from the list of dependencies

We eliminated dependency on libunwind starting with .NET 3.0
