"Reset overlay to center" is happening when I restart the client, even when toggled off

I like having the banked XP menu to be in the corner of my screen so it does not block the items in my bank. I do not have the "reset overlay to center" option checked but it is resetting the position to the center of my screen anyway when I close Runelite.
