ランダムボットを基準に強さを定量的に計測するコマンドを作成する。
項目

ランダムボットに対する勝率
1ターン分の処理時間の平均値・中央値
処理時間の標準偏差
可能なら序盤・中盤・終盤(定義未定)で分けて集計

試合数N=100くらい？
