This issue needs to be resolved or waived before tapeout.

commit 0af16cc791478f869844b8d323c6ad5f54b1c5c2 (HEAD -> clear_signoff, origin/clear_signoff)

Unused inputs in verilog rtl are left floating. There are 1685 buffers inputs that are not connected to anything.

Here is a list of the 769 signals causing the errors.
