[Feature] Auto EKS - provision new Karpenter managed resources with tags

What feature/behavior/change do you want?

In EKS auto mode created by eksctl - Karpenter is not able to tag new resources due to missing policy.

Wouldn't it make sense to make the policy part of the eksctl (by default)?

Why do you want this feature?

Allow users to create EKS Auto mode with Karpenter to provision new resources with tags.
