Kibana version:

8.16

Describe the bug:

A dashboard has 2 Lens visualizations with the same Annotation layer (loaded from saved group) .
When a user edits the first visualization inline and adds a new Event to the layer, then it saves the layer and apply the changes to the visualization.
The first chart will then show up a new event, while the second won't.
Notice that edit the second visualization will actually show the new event in the annotation layer.
