[Security Solution] Build Block Alerts have different color in 9.0.0 because of Boe

Describe the bug:
Building block Alert has a different color in 9.0.0.

Kibana/Elasticsearch Stack version:
9.0.0 SNAPSHOT - STAGING

Server OS version:

Browser and Browser OS versions:

Elastic Endpoint version:

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.):

Functional Area (e.g. Endpoint management, timelines, resolver, etc.):

Steps to reproduce:

1. Boot up kibana/ES with version 8.18.0
2. Create a Rule with building block Alerts.
3. Enable Include Building Block Filter
4. Notice they are highlighted with Yellow color
5. Upgrade the stack to 9.0.0
6. Notice they are highlighted with Blue color

Current behavior:
Building block alerts is of Blue color.

Expected behavior:
Building block alerts should be of Yellow color ( same as 8.18.0)
