Description
For elements, which state can change, it should be correctly announced when they are activated.

Preconditions
Observability -> Infrastructure -> Hosts page.
Use Screen Reader (NVDA).

Steps to reproduce

1.Navigate to Alerts tab.
2.Press Enter.
3.Navigate to Create rule.
4.Press Enter.
5.Navigate to Expand row button.
6.Press Enter few times.
7.Observe screen reader.
8.Navigate to any other element.
9.Come back to Expand row button.
10.Obsesrve screen reader.

UI elements + NVDA Speech Viewer

Actual Result

• When user press Enter on the button, no announcement that it was expanded (or no announcement that it was collapsed if it is already expanded). When user expands button, navigates to another element, and comes back - button is still announced as "Expand row button".

Expected Result

• Announcement about change that button was activated (expanded/collapsed accordingly) is made. When user come back to this button and it is in expanded state - the button is announced as "Collapse row button".
