Keywords in Global Search should have priority over text search #213197

In Kibana you can register searchable keywords for applications to be used in Global Search, however they have no priority over regular text search. This is especially problematic for AI Assistants because "ai" as a latter combination is quite common so the "AI Assistants" result gets buried deep down.

Keyword search results should be prioritized over text search.
