Description
All elements should be announced what elements they are for user to know how to interact with it.

Preconditions
Observability -> Universal Profiling -> Storage Explorer page.
Use Screen Reader (NVDA).

Steps to reproduce

1.Navigate to BETA.
2.Observe screen reader.

Actual Result

  • No mention about what element it is in announcement, only "BETA heading level 1".

Expected Result

  • Type of element is announced without heading level (either "BETA badge" or "BETA button", but then tooltip text should appear only when user activates the button).
