satisfied with how it looks now, ready for review!

EDIT: squashed the commits

EDIT: I also built and ran quark tests on a fresh Ubuntu VM to verify there's nothing else missing from docs - all good

- Add missing build dependencies (html2markdown, qemu, zstd)
- Document distro testing wrapper scripts with usage examples
- Add interactive shell targets for debugging docker builds
- Fix usage in krun-ubuntu.sh
