[Story] Permalink: navigate to replied Event

Description

As a user seeing a reply I want to be able to click on the replied message so that I can navigate to this message when it was sent.

This will be possible as soon as navigating to permalink support is added to the application. Note that in this case, the original message is supposed to be in the same room.
