Your use case

What would you like to do?

I would like a way to be able to click "Share" or "Delete" on a message in a single click, rather than having to click for more options first, then execute the action I want.

Why would you like to do it?

I often find myself sharing or deleting messages, but doing it in 2 clicks is a minor bother.
This would make using the application feel more productive/streamlined.

How would you like to achieve it?

I think taking an approach similar to Discord would be great here.
On Discord, one can hold SHIFT on their keyboard, which will display some advanced message actions as icons instead.

I have checked Rocket.Chat and Slack, but currently they behave similarly to Element.

Have you considered any alternatives?

Allow users to configure "Quick Message Actions" so they can choose what actions are immediately accessible.
The above could be nice, I'd probably prefer the SHIFT thing just to be sure I don't accidentally do something stupid.
