Can't interact with text inside a spoiler warning (e.g. copy text, click links)

Steps to reproduce

1. Post a /spoiler message containing a URL
2. Try to click the URL
3. Since you can't, try to copy the URL to paste it somewhere else
4. Copy the URL by hand, letter by letter, like a caveman

Outcome

What did you expect?

I should be able to select and copy text in a spoiler block.

(What I really wanted was to click a link, but that should be a separate issue for spoilers not supporting formatting, I think? Copying the URL text would have been my fallback.)

What happened instead?

I can't interact with it -- select, click, etc. all fail and instead toggle the blur effect.
