Steps to reproduce

Click on Sign In Manually
Confirm Sign In to Matrix.org
See there is no login with OIDC button
Cry

Outcome

That there would be a login with github button.

Note that I am being forced to move over from the normal Element app on iOS as it crashes on startup.
