Issue with sign-in using upstream oidc provider (Authentik)

I followed the documentation to the letter, I just can't figure out what I missed. Nearly everything works, but when I try to actually login, once Authentik authenticates me, I get a 400 Bad Request error and this is all that is displayed after sign in.

Failed to deserialize form: invalid type: map, expected option

Logs don't show anything noteworthy. I am not sure what I missed, and cant find any discussion on this issue.

Looks like this was an issue since #3893 on the main branch, but not on the 0.13.0 release. I have a fix ready in #4010, which should be available soon on the main branch
