Adding flairs to nick

In a community, it would be great to be able to for a time limited fashion assign a flair to a user. The use case is that during the on boarding process it would be great to assign this flair to a person to let folks in the channels know that this person is a newcomer and is actively contributing to a project in one of the teams letting people to give this person have some grace as they get up to speed.

I would like to think for those from the U.S. could relate it to those magnetic stickers on cars that alerts other cars that this person is a "student driver". I think this would be a powerful feature that would distinguish it from competitors and really help in community management.
