- Mahshi rice
- Small peppers
- Zucchini
- 1-2 cups of Broth
- 1-2 heaping tablespoons of Mahshi rice tomato sauce
- Stuff peppers and zucchini with mahshi rice
- Mix broth with tomato sauce
- Salt broth/tomato sauce to taste
- Pour broth/tomato sauce over mahshi in pan (make sure to pour over each one)
- Cook in pan, covered, until rice is cooked through
