To accommodate terms related to sequence and omics that we will need in our data model/ontology/triples, we will need to check around in the omics vocabs there are - mixs, biosamples, en, tdwg dna extension...

From emails:
Found one for OTU:
https://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/ECSO?p=classes&conceptid=http%3A%2F%2Fpurl.dataone.org%2Fodo%2FECSO_00003085

and one for ASV
https://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/COMO?p=classes&conceptid=http%3A%2F%2Fpurl.obolibrary.org%2Fobo%2FCOMO_0000185

functional annotation:
https://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/EDAM?p=classes&conceptid=http%3A%2F%2Fedamontology.org%2Foperation_3672

IPS - InterProScan summary
GO - Gene Ontology
KO - KEGG Ontology
Pfam - Protein Families
EGGNOG - Orthology relationships, functional annotation, and gene evolutionary histories (so says the webpage)

@cymon has said he will ask Mgnify if they have an ontology we can look at
@kmexter maybe ask Peter Woolard of ENA the same?
