When I try to connect to the test database with

encore db shell SERVICE --test

I get the following error

error: could not connect to the database for service OTHER_SERVICE: rename db OTHER_SERVICE to OTHER_SERVICE_template: ERROR: database "OTHER_SERVICE_template" already exists (SQLSTATE 42P04)
