  1. Open a site , insert a layout component or fragment.
  2. Expand the dropdown in Inspect Panel.
  3. Click on the selected item in the dropdown - focuse moved to the grid.
  4. Click -on the same item again

BUG - Apply button should not appear in the selector after clicking on the item in dropdown list:

Expected behaviour - The correct behaviour of the selector is in 7.14 version:
