Before merging we need an issue to add this back in upon the first release as it should be the preferred install method vs remotes

When we reach version 0.1.0 we should add back in the text about install via R-universe.

What about install via CRAN? Is that achievable or preferred?

This depends on us being ready for a 0.1.0 release which I think is nearly the case
