WebServer example not working

I try to use https://github.com/espressif/arduino-esp32/tree/master/libraries/WebServer/examples/WebServer example.

First, i get errors like

error: 'bool FileServerHandler::handle(WebServer&, HTTPMethod, const String&)' marked 'override', but does not override

OK, i remove override keywords. Project compilde and started successed. But root page alwais redirects me to /$upload.htm and never shows index.htm file.

Also upload request to / path returns 404 error and /api/list shows empty list.
