Implement an analyzer for the concept exercise remote-control-competition.
Details on the feedback that should be provided by the analyzer can be found in the exercise's .meta/design.md file, see exercism/java#2683.

Hey @Swathibal, this one isn't "ready" to be picked up. Usually, the first step is to decide what comments the analyzer should for and raise. This would normally be documented in the exercise's design.md, but this hasn't been done yet (issue #2683).
