(Maybe) should have a chat widget for support calls directly in the site, or something that pipes to Discord.

Support dropdown+textbox that reports to server then discord bot that posts into Discord.

I was thinking something along the lines of https://www.chatbot.com/integrations/chat-widget for this issue.
