Constant Refreshes, 502's, and weird behavior

Description

I recently migrated my jellyseerr over to a new host running on proxmox. Same old docker environment though. Now my Jellyseerr instance is giving me constant issues. Its very slow to start with. Which makes no sense, the host has been given 8 cores and 16gb of memory on 100gb of nvme storage. So its not a hardware issue. Additionally some requests seemingly "timeout" and just redirect back to the home page. Sometimes requests fail to process and don't add the media to Radarr or Sonarr. On top of that, the UI will just refresh on its own while your looking through things, doesnt matter what page you're on. It'll refresh and direct you back to the home page, it some times does this while just sitting on the home page. I've dug through the logs but no errors have been mentioned. 3 different PC's and 2 phones all have the same behavior. It's behind an nginx proxy made with the web UI docker container.

1. Go to the webUI
2. Interact with the UI where data needs to be retrieved
3. Wait for issue to arise
