[Feature Request] Remove already watched items from the discovery page

Description

Movies and Tv Shows that you have already seen should no longer appear in the overview in Jellyserr or be displayed as suggestions in the future. But it can still be found with the search option. The content should only be hidden for the respective user so that other users continue to have access to it. Additionally, there should be the option to turn this feature on or off as needed. By default the function should be disabled.

Desired Behavior

As soon as a Movies or Tv Shows has been marked as 'watched', this content should no longer be displayed in the overview in Jellyserr. But only if the user has enable this feature in his client settings.

We do not get the watched status from jellyfin or anywhere. Although you can already mark available media as hidden from discovery.
