[Feature Request] Allow showing both/combining Plex and Jellyseerr watchlists

Description

I opened this bug, #1344, which was a regression (I believe) of the Jellyseerr watchlist showing when something is added to the watchlist and the Plex watchlist is enabled/in use (sorry that sentence seems confusing).

It was mentioned in the bug linked above, as I mentioned this there, that this might require refactoring of the code but @fallenbagel showed interest so I want to open an "official" request.

Desired Behavior

I would leave the design decision up to those with better UI experience (I am not good with that) so I will put my 2 possible ideas (though I do think no. 2 would probably be my preferred setup). Also, depending on how much more difficult it would be, I think it might be nice if the admin can possibly toggle this so that combined watchlist is allowed or only Plex watchlist. Plex watchlist would only be an option if using a Plex server but I would think that would be obvious).

So quick description of what I am thinking for how this would work.

1. Show 2 separate watchlists and have them labeled (Jellyseerr Watchlist/Plex Watchlist). This would add an extra section so of course takes up more space.
2. The other option (and probably better from a UI design point) would be to combine the watchlists and then have a label to indicate Jellyseerr or Plex (possibly make it expandable on the off chance that Emby/Jellyfin implemented a watchlist option, but maybe not, just an idea and "thinking" while typing this).

So, simple idea but possibly requires a bit of work to integrate.
