We updated one of the regex parsers (forgot which dependency but that dependency require this)

Yes but why ES2018? And not ES2021, fully supported by Node.js v20?

Description
This PR updates some dependencies and adds overrides to mitigate vulnerabilities.
It also replaces
csurfwithcsrf-csrfascsurfis now deprecatedScreenshot (if UI-related)
