Word filter list for broadcasts

User Story

As a user,
I would like a Discord command
that I can use to enter a list of words. If a broadcast has that word in it to not send that broadcast to the discord

Example

I would like to set the phrase Thread of elidinis on a list so when the ToA drop happens it does not send a message to the discord broadcast channel.

Implementation

This will be an array of words/phrases on the guilds model that is checked if it is not empty on a new broadcast. This will hopefully give each clan great flexibility over what they see in their broadcast channels and to filter even if TrackScape does not offer that as a filter option.
