Have you ever tought of adding the functions of this node to the core watch node?

I didn't know your version of the node existed! By getting it into core it would be avaliable to everyone just by installing NR. It's always a great ides to talk about what a node needs to do because many times in can be incorporated into a core node reducing the amount of nodes out there.
