Updated webexpythonsdk library version to 2.0.3 which has the fixed the Python 3.10 and 3.11 version backward compatibility issue, introduced by webexpythonsdk 2.0.2 release (WebexCommunity/WebexPythonSDK#248).
Pointed webex_bot to always use webexpythonsdk 2.0.3 or higher

Thanks for the PR. Could you also update the README file with a new version and description under the 'History' section. Specifying whether this is a breaking change for existing users. After that, I can push a new release.
The new version can be 0.6.0 since it is a minor update.
