I have searched the issues tracker for a bug report similar to mine, in vain

Expected Behavior

Backing up the apps should backup proxy settings as well

Actual Behavior

Importing backed up apps does not import previous proxy settings.

Set up proxy settings
Export settings
Import settings
Check proxy settings
