• Past Meeting Minutes
  • Open Item - CDM releases - added to today's agenda.
• FpML coding schemes validation through typeAlias conditions #3512
  • New Rune DSL release pushed; will be integrated into CDM and discussed in the next.
• Entity Identifier Type #3319
  • Proposal to harmonize the legal entity type with the party type by extending the legal entity type.
  • Item was moved to "Approved" depending on addressing comments in the PRs.
• ISDA Foundations deprecation and migration to CDM #3348
  • Update on the three-phase migration process. Phase 2 (sanitization of the ISDA Foundation model) is complete. Phase 3 involves migrating CSA components and transaction additional terms components to existing (but currently empty) namespaces in the CDM.
• Adding ISDA master agreement specific Agreement typings #3206
  • Proposal to introduce more specific typing for legal agreements in the CDM, including containers for ISDA, GMRA, and GMSLA master agreements, extending a "common election" type.
  • Issue "Approved" subject to a PR coming forward and terminology review.
• Reviewed upcoming minor releases.

Action Items

• @gtarres - Give a list of entities and their attributes using either legal entity or party types.
• Paul Hands and the group to review and refine the terminology used in the CDM Legal Agreement Structure proposal.
• @LionelSG-REGnosys - Update the status of the "Entity Identifier Type" issue to "Approved" depending on the items being addressed in the PRs.
• Everyone - Review the items scheduled for the upcoming 6.4 and 5.2.3 minor releases and give feedback if any items need to be added,
