Minutes

• Reading of meeting notices.
• JPZ raised an issue with prior meeting minutes. The issue was noted and the minutes will be updated.
• Property proposal by BIP Group:
  • See Issue: #3432
  • Proposal to extend CDM (7 proposed extensions) to include property risk features such as weather impact on financial products. All work would be contributed to CDM.
  • The market is highly fragmented and see CDM as a way to bridge data sharing across participants.
  • First use case is residential real estate.
  • Proposal to start a working group to:
    • Initial mapping to insurance industry Oasis open source to CDM.
  • Explore with ISDA to create a physical risk swap.
  • Working group requires CDM Steering Group approval. Ian indicated they should start with TOR and then add to SWG agenda.
• Lionel presented the WG Issue Board
  • New board includes items in review and complete.
• Imanol Jurado presented changes proposed on issue, #3382
  • Needed in DRR 6 for Canada reporting. Requested release on CDM 5.
• Oscar Twomey presented changes proposed on issue, #3423
• Manuel Carrera presented changes proposed on issues, #3342 and #3363
  • Lionel indicated this is a breaking change so it would go into CDM 7 dev
• JBZ items will be rolled over to next meeting.

• @tomhealey-icma to review the details of Issue CDM 5: Add Exchange attributes for DRR #3338 and Issue Improve representation of Administrator data type in FRO definition #3423. Investigate whether a base data type for administrators should be created or if an existing one can be used.
