https://pypi.org/project/firedrake/ shows our licence as Firedrake: I think this probably means there is some issue with the pyproject.toml

That is the first line of the LICENSE file. I guess PyPI can't parse the file properly.

Another thing that you may want to double check is the Maintainer field. Comparing what I see on PyPI to what I see in pyproject.toml it seems to me that:

  • 4 names out of 6 are listed
  • the 4 listed names do not have an email address associated to them
  • oddly, all 4 listed names are associated with the email address of one of the 2 unlisted authors...
