DF Chat Enhancements: Implement Toggle Roll Mode Hotkeys

Love the specific roll mode keybinds, the one thing the single-purpose Roll Mode Keybindings has up on your implementation is toggle keys:

My #1 use case for swapping roll modes is one quick blind roll then back to public; being to hit the same button before and after the roll is very convenient.
I personally only find Toggle Blind to be worth setting, but others might appreciate the other two as well.
I'd love to be able to drop a module (and it's expected but it still bothers me that it's not setting the roll mode icons like this module's native hotkeys do, so it's easier to forget a swap than it should be), which I could if you implement a version of this :)
