Describe the issue
When merging messages, it will hide the item name as well. For example there're Action items named "Attack" and "Defend" , when I send two message, it will only save the "Attack" 's name and the information, but will not save the "Defend" 's name (the information will still show, but when I use the mod PF2e workbench, it will make trouble, because I need to click the name of the item to show the full information of the message, but the name will be hiddened now, so I cant make collapsed things show again .)

Expected behavior
Dont hide the name of the Item.
