Custom Folder Text Colours' colours don't update

Describe the issue
With Folder Text Colour enabled the text colour doesn't update.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the Actors tab.
2. Right-click on a folder to Edit Folder.
3. Change the Text Color
4. The hex colour value will sometime not appear or update
5. Click Update Folder
6. The text colour of the folder doesn't always update to the new text colour.

Expected behavior
The text colour of the folder should be of the new updated colour if the hex colour value didn't appear.

Hmm ok. This might be a similar issue I ran into with my DF Chat Enhancements where the CSS selector might not be specific enough.
