I’d like to suggest adding a dedicated helper for creating a “dipole cloud." As of now, the Resonance Finder and Bandstructure example notebooks each have their own hard-coded implementation, but a reusable function would be nice to have with added functionality to specify the polarization, random distribution of dipoles (uniform, gaussian).
I’m happy to write an initial draft for the function or help review any proposals—let me know how I can assist.
