Several developers ask about how conditional enabled and disable a button usign form state and also how validate the form conditionally to improve UX.

How would the suggested change make the documentation more useful?

Need to create a new example of form builder with this use cases and link on readme.
Also take the opportunity to replace explicit and complex readme examples with links to example code.
