How to limit the result to current file only?

Currently, when I run :Trouble todo it will show all the results from all the files in my project.
However, I would like to be able to view notes and todos on current file only.
Is this possible?

You can do something like <cmd>Trouble todo toggle filter = {buf = 0}<cr>
