MUI has recently released v7. Whilst there is no imminent need to upgrade, this should be done as soon as we are able to.

Unfortunately, one of our main dependencies react-jsonschema-form is still targetted at v6. We will need to wait for them to upgrade before we can upgrade Bailo.
