Add IBM Intel 49Y4232 NIC

I am currently writing this on my Mini-ITX CM5 board, connected to the internet with the above card.

Admittedly not a super exiting card, just a cheap dual gigabit Ethernet card I got second hand for a router PC which now serves to test PCIe on my mini-ITX board before I go and buy a GPU for it. Test passed!

I'll also submit the mini-ITX board in due time.
Until then, if you'd like one for your GPU experiments I could maybe send you one of my prototypes.
