C183-jdbcconfig-wms-cascade

Fixes allowing to configure WMS cascaded layers on JDBCConfig.
In addition to this, the existing WMSLayerInfo need to be removed. There are two, can be found looking at the wmslayer view, e.g. (same table, not the same records, mind):

And then dropped by id on the objects table.
