Issue with displaying the store name on the admin dashboard's product edit page

Description:
When a store name includes a special character (e.g. apostrophe), the store name isn't displayed correctly on the product edit screen on the admin panel.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a store and name it with an apostrophe (e.g. John's Store)
2. Go to WP admin dashboard > Products > Add New
3. Before publishing the product, change the vendor to the one you've just created
4. Observe the vendor name in the dropdown once the product is saved

Expected behavior:
The store name should be displayed as it is - including the special character.
