Environment

SaaS (https://sentry.io/)

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Enable "Use a 24-hour clock" and ensure timezone is set (e.g. UTC)
  3. Visit the Logs Explorer
  4. Observe that the timestamps still display in 12-hour format with AM/PM

Expected Result

Timestamps should be shown in 24-hour format when the user enables that setting.

Actual Result

Timestamps are shown in 12-hour AM/PM format, disregarding the 24-hour clock setting.
