Looks like we intentionally removed this page for now, sounds like we'll be bringing back something in the future. Here's an except from the PM of the project

We've been in the process of swapping out the underlying database used for tracing data in Sentry, see: Tracing Just Got a Whole Lot More Useful. Unfortunately, one of the features that could not easily be ported over to the new system was Trends.

You can achieve something similar, by visiting Explore > Traces, and clicking on Compare Queries.

I know this isn't a perfect replacement, and we're working on adding back similar functionality in the future.
