Problem Statement

Many developers are frustrated with the usability of Sentry's dashboards since there is no way to apply filters to all widgets. This makes dashboards high friction - users are creating countless duplicate dashboards with one filter difference, manually going in to change widgets filters each time, or funneling Sentry data to a tool with more mature dashboard features.

This pain is amplified for larger organizations.

This is similar to the feature request described here #55036, which is near the top of our backlog. There's a lot of nuance in how this feature works that we need to hammer out, however.
