Steps to Reproduce

1. Upload a SourceBundle zip
2. Generate a non-native crash with a debug id for that SourceBundle

Expected Result

Do not show Images Loaded section from an issue event that doesn't have any native debug images.

Actual Result

An empty Images Loaded section in the Issues page
